Black Cat

She’s an alternate version of Black Cat, created by with different costume. If anyone also wondering why she came with brunette (original Black Cat’s hair is white), it’s because she isn’t Felicia Hardy. The character behind the mask is actually Kitty Pride the Shadowcat.

Speaking of Black Cat, recently I had bought two sale issues of Heroes for Hire, and surprisingly found Black Cat among the roster of this team. It had been a long time since I read about her in Amazing Spiderman. I like the fact that now she has her own team, because when she acted solo alongside Spiderman, Black Cat reminded me so much to Catwoman.

One reason that I like Heroes for Hire is Clay Mann illustration. Currently he is one of my favorites Marvel’s artist, along with Paul Pelletier. As you probably knew, Pelletier was an artist of early issues of Guardian of the Galaxy and couple of Nova and Fantastic Four. As suddenly Marvel decided to put Guardians of the Galaxy to screen, I wonder if secondary titles like Heroes for Hire will have its own movie too..
