Originally I draw Deneve in usual stance, but after reading Claymore 11th again, I decided to do a series of Claymore battle damage fan art. This northern battle was the fiercest battle ever, because lots of Clare friend were died here. Deneve was one among them who survived from being slaughtered by Rigardo. I guess she was a healer type, so she could regenerate her body and left arm back.

Another piece I have created for this Claymore battle damage series was Jean. I just finished her sketch. Oh, I think this is getting very interesting by the minute. I can’t wait to read the next volume of Claymore…

Looks amazing.

One question though. Wasn't there a chapter where Miria talked about how the swords were unbreakable? Made of some special metal, I think...

I see. It was on 15th tankobon, which was published 2010 in my country. No wonder I made a huge mistake like this, because I drew this in 2008 :P
