My next Claymore fan art, now with a lot of Kakuseisha!

After the last piece depicting Deneve in battle damage, I was intended to draw Jean. I left her sketch instead, and paint another fan art. I think I didn’t satisfied with the sketch, but too lazy to made another. This week I read my Claymore’s collections and once again was amazed by it. So I decided to draw a new Claymore fan art with more detailed scene. The northern battle was the most tragic battle in Claymore by far, with Claire’s leader Flora was killed and another top fighters were also deceased or badly wounded.

The scene shown in my art was happened after Claire killed Rigardo. This strong Kakuseisha brutally massacred four of five Claymore leaders in the battlefield. Flora and Jean were among them, two of Claire’s most admired friends. Although Jean was alive for moments after being wounded by Rigardo, she finally died when helping Claire regain her humanity. Even Rigardo was slain by Claire, however, there’re still a lot of kakuseisha in town. Claire and five of Claymore warriors, including Milia, Deneve and Helen, were the last flower that standing against them.

In this scene, standing from left to right, were Claire, Deneve, and Milia. Deneve was holding two swords, one was taken from Undine which was also slaughtered by Rigardo. The Kakuseishas shown in this piece were purely my imagination and can’t be found in Norihiro’s manga or anime.
