Encounter

My first painting on DA for 2014, as part of my resolution. Hopefully I will be more productive this year

If you have watched my gallery, or just stopped by because of one particular artwork, you may remember both the dragon and the girl I depicted here. I paint them once in 2011, titled Dragon Lover. I didn't really have a story about them back then, but I think it will be cool to paint them again as a prelude before they become lover.

So, if somehow I want to give them a story, it probably goes like this:

'There's a girl who want something very bad (maybe raise his dead boyfriend or such, like in Shadow of Colossus), and then she decided to climb the highest mountain to find the magical relic which said would granted any wish. She failed and instead find a young dragon, chasing her because she has disturbed his slumber time. But when they finally know each other, they fall in love...'

It's damn cliche, but yeah, I like cliche story too
