Yelde

Yelde is an OC commissioned by as her birthday gift.

She asked me to draw Yelde differently from other pieces had been done before. She wanted me to depict Yelde’s dark side in contrast from her mostly cheerful and feminine aspect. When I thought of a woman magician, the first that came was Zatanna. But I tried not to make Yelde looked like her, and I thought that since she wore skull accessory, she probably learnt black magic or something similar. So I paint her in a manner of a magician tried to perform a trick to audiences. Normally, magician will show a rabbit or birds came out form the hat, but here Yelde would made audiences horrified to even guess what inside the hat, as she had wielded a blood soaked knife.
